Fit and Healthy at Home and in the Gardens

Join us for this fun program that shows you how to prevent common injuries in the garden and around the home.  Occupational therapist, Cynthia Nemon will show us how to use our bodies correctly,  warm-up activities, how to avoid strains and sprains, basic anatomy, proper lifting techniques.  Fee includes handouts, refreshments and door prize tickets.  Sign up here.
