New Class Dates! August 9, 23, 30 and September 13. Learn how to preserve your summer bounty of fresh fruits of the season with one or all four classes. Taught by MSUE certified education instructors, each class focuses on a different method of food preservation, with samples, recipes, handouts and a jar of homemade something to take home! $15 for each class, or $55 for all 4.
