Music & Art in the Gardens, Grand Finale and Car Show
August 15 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
August 15, Music & Art in the Gardens, 6-8 p.m. The Invasion (British Rock and Roll). The Invasion is Detroit’s premium British Invasion cover band. Bob, Ron, David, and Donn were drawn together from a love of the music from the other side of the pond that came to us here in the 1960s. All 4 members of the band sing tight, well-crafted harmonies. They have 4 true lead vocalists. Add to that expert instrumentation on era inspired gear, the best of the music of that magical decade and you have The Invasion’s formula for a good time.
The 2018 Music & Art in the Gardens series cover a wide variety of genres and with wide appeal. Concerts are held outdoors in the Gardens at 22314 Northline Road in Taylor, MI. In case of inclement weather, the events move to the Heritage Park Sheridan Open Air Pavilion, at 12111 Pardee Rd, .5 mile away from the Gardens. Visitors are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets. There is a limited amount of seating available.
Food and drinks for sale at 5:30 p.m. No outside food and drinks, please. Music starts at 6:30 p.m.
